To receive the seller's legal name and business address by email, request them at hello@morrowform.store. Morrow Form will send them within five days.

Rill is presented through concept visualizations as a vase above a planter with a gravity-fed watering action. Your reservation is for the current concept described on this site; dimensions, finish, care details, and other specifications may evolve.

A refundable deposit of $248.75 per unit is charged today and applied to the current estimated total of $995 per unit. On that estimate, the remaining balance would be $746.25 per unit.

The checkout page shows the exact deposit being charged for your selected quantity before you pay.

You may cancel and request a full refund of the deposit at any time before paying the remaining balance by emailing hello@morrowform.store with your reservation email or reference. Morrow Form will initiate the refund within seven calendar days after receiving a valid cancellation request.

If Morrow Form cancels the reserved edition or the 90-day reservation period ends without an agreed extension, Morrow Form will initiate a full deposit refund within seven calendar days. Bank and card-network processing times determine when an initiated refund appears in your account.

No remaining balance is charged automatically. Before requesting it, Morrow Form will provide the final specification, final total, applicable tax and shipping, a delivery estimate, and any updated terms.

If those details differ from what you expected—or you simply choose not to continue—you may cancel and receive a full deposit refund instead of paying the balance.

Within 90 calendar days after your deposit is charged, Morrow Form will either provide the final details and invite you to pay the remaining balance, or cancel the reservation and refund the deposit.

Unless you pay the remaining balance or affirmatively agree in writing to an extension, the reservation ends automatically 90 calendar days after the deposit is charged. If it ends, Morrow Form will initiate a full deposit refund within seven calendar days.

No delivery date is promised when you reserve. Delivery is limited to eligible United States addresses unless Morrow Form confirms otherwise in writing.

A reservation holds priority for the concept under these terms; it is not a promise of a particular delivery date, finish, or specification.

Stripe processes the deposit and collects payment and shipping details in its hosted checkout. Morrow Form stores the reservation record, contact details, amount, status, terms version, and Stripe references needed to verify payments and refunds.

A reservation does not enroll you in marketing. Morrow Form may email you about the reservation, final details, balance request, refund, or other service matters.
