This notice explains how Morrow Form handles visit measurement, Rill reservations, refundable deposits, and reservation records.

Who operates this site
For this notice, “Morrow Form” means Micah Guerrieri, who operates this site and is responsible for the information practices described here.

Information collected
When you begin a reservation, we collect the name, email address, quantity, offer and terms versions, acceptance time, deposit amount, and order status associated with the request.
We also retain the reservation reference and limited Stripe identifiers needed to match checkout, payment, and refund events to the correct record.

Payment details
Stripe collects payment-card, billing, and shipping information in its hosted checkout. Morrow Form receives and stores the shipping details Stripe returns for the reservation, but does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
Stripe’s handling of information is also governed by its own privacy terms presented through checkout.

How information is used
We use reservation information to create and verify checkout, maintain the reservation ledger, prevent duplicate or invalid transactions, process refunds, respond to support requests, and communicate final details, delivery timing, and any remaining-balance request.
Making a reservation does not enroll you in marketing. Service messages about a reservation or payment may still be sent when needed.

Storage and providers
Reservation records are stored in the Cloudflare D1 database used by this site. Cloudflare provides site hosting and infrastructure. Stripe provides hosted checkout and payment processing.
The reservation form does not submit your record directly to Meta, TikTok, or Snapchat.

Retention and choices
We retain reservation and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, process refunds, maintain financial and consent records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion. Some transaction or suppression records may need to be retained where required or reasonably necessary for the purposes above.

Earlier interest list
If you previously joined the Rill interest list, retained records may include your email address, consent wording and time, subscription or suppression status, and limited campaign attribution such as landing path, referrer host, UTM values, signup placement, and social click identifiers present in the link you followed.
Those records are used to honor earlier choices, maintain consent and opt-out history, and understand the source of prior signups. You can request removal using the form below.

Security and changes
We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect reservation information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this notice as the Rill reservation flow, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when the notice changes materially.
Visit measurement
We measure visible homepage loads and whether a visit opens the reservation form, submits it, reaches a Stripe redirect, or encounters a checkout error. Your browser keeps each page load's random identifier only in memory; the site stores it with measured events for the retention period described below. Reloading creates a new identifier. This does not identify unique people or link visits to your reservation.
We store the time and a broad arrival category, such as Instagram, TikTok, search, direct, or other. Traffic records do not store names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, free-text campaign values, or social click identifiers. We do not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies for this measurement.
Traffic records are kept in this site's Cloudflare D1 database, reported for up to 90 days, and cleaned up in bounded batches on new collection or monitor requests. If the site is inactive, expired records may remain until the next request. For abuse prevention only, a secret-keyed IP digest changes each minute and expires after one hour; expired rate-limit records are also cleaned up on requests.
We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also exclude future activity from this browser below. Only that preference is saved in browser storage; the choice does not affect checkout. Hosting providers may process network request information separately to deliver and protect the service.
